Payment terms
The payment method is chosen in connection with your order. At cozylove.dk you can order and pay for your goods online via:
Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Forbrugsforeningen, JCB and American Express 
No card fee is paid at cozylove.dk . When paying with Paypal, however, there is a fee of 4% of the total amount.
If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. This way you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible.
The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped. An amount greater than what you yourself approved when you completed the purchase cannot be deducted.
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT.

VAT is NOT charged to countries outside the EU, i.e. Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and the USA, but you must expect to pay duty on the item in order to have it delivered by the local customs authorities.
Complaint
When you shop at cozylove.dk, you of course have 24 months right of complaint, which means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect. If you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, the complaint is always considered to be timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.
To facilitate complaint processing, you can contact us in advance by email at i nfo@cosylove.dk and, if possible, attach a picture of the complaint (not a requirement). You are also very welcome to provide a telephone number on which we can contact you to agree a solution to your complaint. You will in any case be contacted by us per e-mail or telephone when we have received your complaint so that we can agree on how to resolve it.

Data for statistical purposes
In connection with the optimization of our shop, we make use of log statistics, which e.g. collects information about the number of visits, where the visits come from and the like. In this connection, no information about your person is stored, but the data is used exclusively for statistical purposes.
Cookies
A cookie is the term for the fact that a user's behavior on a network is registered with the user himself (on the user's hard drive). In this way, the server (e.g. a website) knows who the user is on the user's next visit.

At cozylove.dk we use cookies to make the shop more user-friendly for our customers.
